what do we do?

we connect people who care and want to get involved with those working with people in poverty.

we've started with ourselves, by making connections and forming relationships with people.  It's a slow work, but sustainable for the long-term, and that's important to us.  It also means that these relationships are mutual. . . we learn and receive from them as much as they do from us!

we connect people here with people working with the poor.  We believe that ordinary people like us can make a difference, so we help other ordinary people on their journey of figuring out their part.

why we do it this way

when we started out, we saw that Lisa and her brother had been really effective in their work in Zanzibar, so we thought to ourselves, "How can we help others do this, too?"

liNk is exactly that... a connection to people and ideas.  It is an effort to challenge our lifestyles and to put them in tune with our passions and the global world that we are connected with but so often unaware of.
